Returns:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please make sure to contact us by email first: info@gellengel.com . We will process your return request within 3 days.
You can return the items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund. For orders on our website, you have a 30 days return guarantee.

Refunds:

1. If the product you received is defective or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged items and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a return or replacement. There will be no charges for shipping in this case.

2. For returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. A refund will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure it is in its original, unused condition. Please note that the original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payments within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.

4. If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact us first. If you return the items without prior contact us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.

Exchanges:

You may request an exchange for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please return the item and contact us via email. We will confirm the exchange and assist you in processing it.

- Please be aware that used items are not eligible for exchange.

Email Notification:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine if it meets our return policy criteria. You will be notified via email once your return is processed. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, we will provide instructions and further details via email.

Helpful Hint:

1.We recommend shipping packages back using legal shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for the prepaid shipping costs for the return.

2.Customers are only responsible for paying shipping costs once (including returns). There is no restocking fee for returned products. We do not provide return shipping labels. If the return is due to buyer's problem, we do not cover return shipping. If an order is refused upon delivery or returned due to an “undeliverable” address, a restocking fee will be charged. Unauthorized refusals/returns at delivery are not permitted, and the associated costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
